The Health Information Management Department (Medical Records) is staffed 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you have a records request, please contact the hospital at (620) 492-6250 and ask for extension 115.
Business Office
The Business Office is staffed 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you have a question regarding your bill, or wish to inquire about Financial Assistance, please contact the hospital at (620) 492-6250 and ask for extension 157.
